Your application will be reviewed for approval and you will be notified shortly.
All applicants hereby agree to abide by the decisions of the Membership Committee without recourse.
Applicants also agree to comply with all rules and regulations established by the Board of Directors,
as well as all policies and directives issued by the Club Manager.
Failure to comply with any of the above may result in immediate termination of membership.
By submitting this application, the applicant also grants permission for their image or likeness to be used in
club-related promotional materials, including but not limited to print, digital, and social media.
