Private Event Agreement

PRIVATE EVENT AGREEMENT This agreement is between the Booking Member named on this booking and Virginia Theatrical Society, Inc. DBA Bugatti's ("Bugatti's"). The Booking Member is a member of Bugatti's and sponsors this private function for their own invited group. 1. No charge to guests. There is no admission charge, cover, tickets, door fee, donations, wristbands or drink passes of any kind. 2. Invite-only. No public promotion: no flyers, ticket links or public social posts. Guests attend by personal invitation from the Booking Member only. 3. Guest list. The Booking Member sends the guest list (one name per line) at least 48 hours before the event, using the booking link. 4. Age and ID. All guests must be 21 or older with valid ID, checked at the door. 5. Conduct and damages. The Booking Member is responsible for the conduct of their guests and for any damages, and holds Bugatti's harmless for anything arising from the event. 6. Staff. Bugatti's staff may refuse service to anyone, or remove anyone, at any time. 7. BYOB: Bring Your Own Bottle (liquor only). No outside beer or wine. Beer & wine are purchased at our bar. Sealed liquor bottles only, served by our staff. Opened bottles leave with the Booking Member. 8. Guest count. Guests over the booked count are billed at the higher staffing tier. The maximum of 170 guests is enforced at the door. 9. Breaking the no-charge rule. If guests are charged in any way described in rule 1, the event is cancelled and the deposit is kept. 10. Deposit, balance and cancellation. A 50% non-refundable deposit holds the date. The balance is due 7 days before the event. If the event is cancelled, the deposit is not refunded. A request is held for 48 hours; if the deposit is not received by then, the date is released.
